Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used beauty and skincare products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at support@cktuing.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference and availability of stock.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
